Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this invitation website run by Invitation Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

You can design and publish online invitations, share a link with guests, and collect their replies. Features depend on your plan.

Accounts

You must verify your email address and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trial

Each account may publish one free invitation. It stays live for 6 months from the day it's published, then locks. Free invitations may show a "Made with Invitation Studio" line.

Paid plans

• Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the "Manage subscription" button. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a plan ends, existing invitations may become read-only and new invitations can't be created until you resubscribe.
• Prices and plan features may change. We will give notice before a price change affects you.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused features. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If you were charged in error or charged twice, email us within 30 days and we will refund that charge. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.

Your content

You own the content you add. You give us permission to store and display it to run the service. You are responsible for your invitations and for any guest information you collect, and you must have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, harass or deceive people, send spam, collect sensitive information from guests, infringe others' rights, or interfere with or attack the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. Don't rely on it as the only record of something important.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
